Admissions & Parent Liaison Manager

We are seeking a motivated, organised and highly professional individual with exceptional customer service and communication skills. Someone who shares our values and has the enthusiasm to help build our reputation for providing an outstanding customer experience.

The right applicant will be responsible for managing our Admissions process at our Brighton and Worthing Nursery’s and will act as the point of contact for our parents for any enquiries they may have.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally candidates should be level 3 qualified or have a background in educator but not essential.
  • Experience of being a brand ambassador.
  • Well spoken with excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to show understanding and empathy towards customers.
  • Great time keeping and attendance record.
  • The ability to lead a team and be supportive as a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

JOB DETAILS

  • Hours: 40 Hours per week.
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 depending upon experience.
  • Location – Brighton & Worthing.
