We are recruiting for qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators who share our ethos and values and are passionate about delivering a truly outstanding early years experience for our children.
The successful candidates will be committed to creating a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. You will encourage curiosity and a love of learning through thoughtful, child-centred practice, supporting each child’s development in line with our curriculum intent and values.
Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, you will play an active role in shaping the nursery as it continues to grow into a dynamic and inspiring setting. You will embrace our vision, contribute positively to the culture of the nursery, and consistently role model the values and behaviours that underpin high-quality early years practice.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of Level 2 in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
- Previous experience within an Early Years Setting as a room leader.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding.
- Ability, flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities or duties as deemed necessary.
- To be able to build strong, supportive and professional relationships with children, families and develop your team to deliver an outstanding experience for our children.
JOB DETAILS
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Salary: £27,500 – £32,000 per annum.
- Qualification: Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
- Location – Charlwood.
