JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of one year’s experience working as a Nursery Manager within a large (100+ place) early years setting
  • A full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
  • Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding, with the confidence to lead and make sound decisions in vulnerable or complex situations
  • A confident and effective leader, able to articulate ideas clearly and use planning and preparation to ensure successful outcomes
  • Proven ability to deploy staff and resources effectively, maintaining ratios while providing support across rooms
  • A commitment to continual improvement, striving for best practice in your own work and inspiring this in others
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference to children, families, and staff
  • A child-centred approach to teaching and learning, using creative and engaging methods to stimulate and inspire children

JOB DETAILS

  • Hours: 40 Hours per week.
  • Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending upon experience) plus package.
  • Qualification: Minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
  • Location: Charlwood.
