JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of one year’s experience working as a Nursery Manager within a large (100+ place) early years setting
- A full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding, with the confidence to lead and make sound decisions in vulnerable or complex situations
- A confident and effective leader, able to articulate ideas clearly and use planning and preparation to ensure successful outcomes
- Proven ability to deploy staff and resources effectively, maintaining ratios while providing support across rooms
- A commitment to continual improvement, striving for best practice in your own work and inspiring this in others
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference to children, families, and staff
- A child-centred approach to teaching and learning, using creative and engaging methods to stimulate and inspire children
JOB DETAILS
- Hours: 40 Hours per week.
- Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (depending upon experience) plus package.
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
- Location: Charlwood.
