Flexi Week Option
We offer a 4 day, 36 or 40 hour week along with our traditional 5 day, 40 hour week.
Sick Pay
Whilst working with children we understand you may become unwell sometimes. The NSC provides 5 days full sick pay.
Bonus Scheme

Discounted Childcare
If you have nursery age children and would like them to attend The NSC then we offer up to 50% discount on our fees.

The NSC contributes to a work place pension in line with government guidelines.
Paid Overtime
If on the odd occasion it is necessary to ask you to work longer than your contacted hours we offer overtime pay.
Welcome Bonus
We offer a £750 welcome bonus for selected positions, payable after successful completion of your probationary period.
Holiday
The NSC holiday allowance starts at 31 days per year. This includes bank holidays and 3 days over Christmas. After 2 years of working with us you will receive 1 extra day holiday and a further 2 days after 5 years.
Happy Birthday
As a happy birthday from us, The NSC gives you the day off on your birthday.
Social Events
We acknowledge that working with children is hard work so we think it’s important have fun and play hard too. At The NSC we have lots of opportunities throughout the year to the team together to enjoy ourselves.
One Week Off At Christmas
The NSC loves Christmas. Therefore we close over the Christmas week to ensure that all of our team can enjoy this special time of year with their families.
Refer A Friend Scheme
If you have friend or colleagues who would be a good addition to The NSC team then you could receive £250 by referring them to us. *following successful completion of probationary period*
